The Before and After School Program is available on Teacher Professional days, Parent Conference days, and school holidays. There will be an additional charge on these days.

The cost per day is :                                       1 child             $25.00

The above rates are in place for school days only. The fees are determined using the school calendar year and are broken into set monthly fees. Since the monthly fee is computed by using the school calendar (allowing for Christmas and Easter Holidays, Inservice Days, etc.) the monthly rates DO NOT CHANGE no matter what holidays occur or what other days family chooses not to attend.

This reduction in fees will be applied ONLY upon receipt of doctor’s notice of illness AND IS LIMITED TO 10 SICK DAYS PER YEAR JANUARY 1 THROUGH DECEMBER 31.

HOURS of OPERATION

          The center will be opened from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. The center will be closed on the following holidays.

New Year’s Day                                Labor Day

Memorial Day                                    July 4^th

Thanksgiving & Friday following       Good Friday

Christmas Eve & Christmas Day       Easter Monday

If any of these holidays should fall on a Sunday the center will be closed on Monday.

FEE and PAYMENTS

          There is a $40.00 Family Registration fee due and payable Annually on September 1^st. Registration is non-refundable.

            Fees for children two through pre-kindergarten are due and payable on Monday of each week (weekly payments).

            Fees for Before and After School children  are due on the first of the month (monthly payments). * There will be a $10.00 late fee for payments not paid on time.
